====== Ciao! ====== I'm Stefano Marinelli. BSD.cafe "Barista", Founder and System Administrator. I'm managing, with love and passion, this friendly and open Cafe. Unix enthusiast (FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD, DragonflyBSD, Linux, etc.), with a keen eye for everything happening in this world and the fascinating beings that populate it. I enjoy music, photography, and, of course, technology. In the last years, I've been writing about some of my tech experiences on the IT Notes blog. I've also been writing for more than 17 years on my (Italian) blog, even if I'm writing something there just a few times per year. ====== About Me ====== Stefano Marinelli I was born in 1979 and graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Bologna in 2003. I founded and ran a small IT company focused on advanced services such as server management, virtualization, hosting, and custom-tailored solutions, now a part of Prodottoinrete Group SRL. My main IT interests include all the BSDs, GNU/Linux, Unix-like systems, embedded systems, high availability, and fault tolerance. I have been working with Linux since 1996, with the BSDs since 2002, and have extensive experience in problem-solving.
